Bennett's Birthday

So on Saturday we had Bennett's birthday party at our house. This was our first attempt at a kids party and were a bit nervous especially about the thunderstorms that luckily past just in time. I think we did a pretty good job of keeping the kiddos entertained.

We went with a robot theme. So first thing we did was turn the kids into robots. I made giant sickers with the kids robot names and they colored them and put them on their shirts.

We played a game of pin the battery on the robot (patent pending). There was some suspicion of cheating and we are currently reviewing the tapes.

We're settling in at home and getting to know little Norah. Bennett is proving to be great with her: lots of hugs and kisses and not a lot of "gentle!!!" That's probably because she's just too darn sweet.
